Read the Introduction

Select a category that corresponds to one of your Congressional committees (from the Standing Committee Chest activity). Peruse the “pork-barrel” (aka “earmarks”) in your category and choose THREE that to you best illustrate pork-barreling in action. Make notes on the following points:
Dollar amount
Description of project
Name, state, and Congressional district of Congressional sponsor
How the earmark benefited the Congressman’s district (if not obvious from the above)
